                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS AND THE
                   CITY FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                   RESPECTIVELY, AN EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT WITH
                   PERRY MAYO, RELATIVE TO SERVICES AS PLANS
                   EXAMINER, INSPECTION DIVISION, FOR A
                   CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED
                   FIFTY-FOUR AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,754.00)
                   PER MONTH FOR A PERIOD NOT TO EXCEED TWELVE
                   (12) MONTHS.
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works and the City Finance Officer be and are hereby
       authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an Employment
       Agreement with Perry Mayo, relative to services as Plans 
Examiner,
       Inspection Division, for a consideration of $1,754.00 per month
       for a period not to exceed 12 months.
